Paper Submission Guidelines

International Journal of Emerging Information Technologies (IJEIT) welcomes high-quality, original research papers, case studies, conceptual frameworks, and review articles that contribute meaningfully to the fields of economics, business, and intelligence studies. To maintain consistency, academic rigor, and a smooth review process, authors are required to follow the submission guidelines outlined below.

1. Scope of Submissions

IJISE publishes papers in, but not limited to, the following areas:

Micro and macroeconomics

Business strategy and innovation

International trade and finance

Corporate governance and ethics

Entrepreneurship and small business

Data analytics and business intelligence

Strategic intelligence and decision-making

Policy analysis and public sector management

Submissions must align with the journal’s aims and contribute to theoretical advancement, empirical knowledge, or practical implications.

2. Manuscript Format

All submissions must adhere to the following formatting requirements:

Language: English (UK or US, but consistent throughout)

File Type: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

Spacing: 1.5 line spacing

Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

Length: 4,000 to 8,000 words (including references, tables, and appendices)

Page Numbers: Bottom center of each page


3. Manuscript Structure

Your manuscript should be organized as follows:

1. Title Page

Title of the paper

Full names and affiliations of all authors

Corresponding author’s email

ORCID ID (if available)


2. Abstract

150–250 words summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions


3. Keywords

4 to 6 keywords relevant to the topic


4. Introduction

Background, research problem, and objective


5. Literature Review

Theoretical background and existing research


6. Methodology

Description of research design, data, tools, and procedures


7. Results and Discussion

Key findings, interpretations, and implications


8. Conclusion

Summary, limitations, and suggestions for future research


9. References

Follow APA (7th edition) referencing style


10. Appendices

(if applicable)


4. Figures and Tables

All tables and figures must be clearly labeled and numbered sequentially.

Include a descriptive title and source (if applicable).

Embed tables and figures within the text, close to where they are first mentioned.


5. Originality and Ethics

All submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors must ensure:

Proper citation of all sources

No plagiarism or duplicate publication

Disclosure of any conflicts of interest

Ethical clearance for studies involving human subjects (if applicable)

Submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software.

6. Submission Process

You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 3–5 working days.

7. Peer Review and Decision Timeline

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. The standard timeline is as follows:

Initial Editorial Screening: 1–2 working days

Peer Review Process: 4–6 Days

Decision Notification: Within 7 days of submission

Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit based on reviewer feedback.

8. Publication and Fees

Accepted papers are published in the next available issue, both in print and online. Details regarding article processing charges will be communicated upon acceptance.
